Kazakhstan's Eduard Kim won bronze at the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka (Japan), QazMonitor reports citing the National Olympic Committee.
The 17-year-old athlete ranked third in the artistic swimming competition (solo, technical program).
Kim scored 216 points, which earned him the bronze. Fernando Diaz del Rio Soto from Spain won gold with 224.555 points, and Kenneth Gaudet of the United States finished second (216.800).
The artistic swimming competition will continue through July 22.
