Red Wings airline will launch a new flight route between Astana and the Russian resort town of Mineralnye Vody starting April 19, QazMonitor reports citing the press service of Astana International Airport.
Route: The Russian airline Red Wings will operate the flight once a week, utilizing SuperJet-100 aircraft. The flight will take 3 hours and 50 minutes, whereas previously, passengers had to spend 8.5 hours to one and a half days on the journey.
The first flight, WZ-4301, is expected to arrive in Astana on April 19 at 1:50 p.m. The return flight, WZ-4302, from Mineralnye Vody will take place on the same day at 3:40 p.m. local time
The one-way ticket from Astana to Mineralnye Vody starts at ₸76,295 (as of April 17, 2024, $170), while the return flight starts at ₸64,100 ($139.44)
With this addition, Astana International Airport will serve 31 international destinations
