The governments of Kazakhstan and Seychelles plan to introduce a mutual visa-free regime, QazMonitor reports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has submitted a draft document outlining the terms of the agreement to the Open Legal Acts portal. According to the document, citizens of both states will be able to enter, transit, or temporarily stay in the territory of the other country for up to 30 calendar days from the date of their entry during each 180-calendar-day period.
The document specifies the following valid travel documents:
Ordinary passport
Official passport (for citizens of Seychelles), or service passport (for citizens of Kazakhstan)
Diplomatic passport
Certificate of Return
Either party will have the option to terminate the agreement by providing written notification to the other party through diplomatic channels.
The draft will be open for discussion until August 28.
