During the government meeting, the minister of industry and infrastructural development Marat Karabayev announced new destinations planned for launch by the aviation authorities, QazMonitor reports.
By the end of 2023, Kazakhstan is planning to launch direct flights to Ankara, Doha, Jeddah, Karachi, Kuala Lumpur, Lahore, Muscat, Prague, and Tel Aviv.
By 2025, the country will have launched flights to Hong Kong, Mumbai, New York, Singapore, Tokyo, Vienna, and other destinations.
Karabayev also highlighted that our country has implemented an open sky regime since 2017, resulting in the annual opening of new international routes.
Earlier, it was reported that Kazakhstan plans to introduce a mutual visa-free regime with 26 countries.
