Wizz Air to Increase Flights on Astana-Abu Dhabi Route

The flights will operate five times a week

The frequency of flights between Astana and Abu Dhabi will increase to five flights per week, QazMonitor reports citing Civil Aviation Committee.

"Since July 1, 2023, low-cost airline Wizz Air Abu Dhabi plans to increase the number of regular passenger flights between the capitals of Kazakhstan and the UAE from 3 to 5 times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)," the statement said.

The carrier also plans to increase the number of regular passenger flights on the route Almaty - Abu Dhabi from 5 to 7 times a week (daily) starting August 4.

Flights will be performed by Airbus 320 and Airbus 321 aircraft.
