Starting next year, the number of flights per week between Kazakhstan and Qatar will increase, QazMonitor reports citing the press service of the Kazakh ministry of industry and infrastructural development.

From January 3, 2023, Qatar Airways plans to increase the number of regular passenger flights between Almaty and Doha from 4 to 7 flights a week. This means there will be daily flights between the two countries.

The airline also plans to launch flights between Astana and Doha in the spring-summer period of 2023. An increase in flights and new routes will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business, investment, and tourism cooperation between Kazakhstan and Qatar.
