The Bolashak scholarship has announced its latest recipients: 184 Kazakhstanis have received an international scholarship, QazMonitor reports citing the Center for International Programs.
According to the Center’s website:
138 individuals will pursue master’s degrees
13 will undertake doctoral studies
33 will participate in internships at leading global universities and industrial hubs
The selection process prioritized candidates specializing in engineering and medical fields encompassing a diverse range of 62 majors.
Aliya Ospanova, Chairperson of the Board at the International Programs Center JSC, highlighted the record number of applications this year as an indicator of intense competition in the selection process. Plans are underway to enhance the competition’s rules and make the document submission fully digital.
