The popular video-sharing app TikTok has added Kazakh to its language options, QazMonitor reports.
"TikTok is pleased to announce that the app is now available in Kazakh as well. The option to select the Kazakh language appeared in the latest release of the app for Android and iOS devices,” the app’s official statement reads.
The platform has also translated the community guidelines.
Earlier in October, Director of TikTok Global Business Solutions in Eastern Europe Anastasia Panina announced that TikTok will open representative offices in Astana and Almaty.
She added that there will be more collaborative projects with educational and state organizations.
