Kazakhstan’s Hockey Team Scores Triple Win at 2023 FISU World University Games

The student team beats their own record for the biggest number of goals

Kazakhstan's student hockey team played its third winning match at the Universiade 2023 in Lake Placid (USA), QazMonitor reports.

The Kazakhstani team overwhelmed Great Britain with a 15:1 lead that secured their third consecutive victory. Earlier, Kazakhstan beat South Korea (5:1) and Hungary (9:1).

Next up, Kazakhstan will face Slovakia on January 17 and the United States on January 18.

The parallel group consists of teams from Sweden, the Czech Republic, Canada, Ukraine, Latvia, and Japan.
