Turkish Investors Plan to Establish New Manufactures in Kazakhstan

These include the production of carpets, meat products, and recycled paper

Kazakh Ambassador to Turkey Yerkebulan Sapiyev visited Gaziantep province to attract new Turkish investors to the economy of Kazakhstan on September 9, QazMonitor reports citing the MFA press service. 

The trip comprised of meetings with the 24 largest groups and companies of Gaziantep province, specializing in the production of carpets, nonwoven fabrics, meat and dairy products, recycling, petrochemicals, food, and consumer products.

Potential investors appreciated the steps taken by Kazakhstan to improve the investment climate and expressed their interest in strengthening cooperation.

As a result of the visit, one-third of Gaziantep potential investors intends to visit Kazakhstan within the next few months to commence the active development of projects. 

In particular, the plan includes the establishment of the production of carpets, meat products, recycled paper, and others.
