Kazakhstan and Vietnam will resume regular passenger flights at the end of September, Qazmonitor reports citing Tengri Travel.

The Committee of Civil Aviation of Kazakhstan announced that Vietnamese airline VietJet Air plans to start regular passenger flights on routes Cam Ranh-Nur-Sultan and Cam Ranh-Almaty with a frequency of two to three times a week starting from late September.

The resumption of air travel between Kazakhstan and Vietnam aims to accelerate the development of trade, economic, investment, tourism and cultural cooperation between the countries, added the Committee.

VietJet Air is a low-cost airline in Vietnam, which operates international flights to 10 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Cambodia, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Japan and India) on more than 19 routes.
