Qazaq Air plans to launch flights on the Turkistan–Samarkand route starting from March 15, 2024, QazMonitor reports citing the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee.
Flights will be operated twice a week on Fridays and Sundays utilizing De Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.
The Committee notes, “The increase in the number of flights will contribute to the further development of trade, economic, business, investment and tourism cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.”
Earlier, Qazaq Air announced the renewal of flights from Astana to Novosibirsk beginning January 15, 2024.
