Qazaq Air has announced plans to launch direct flights on the Zhezkazgan–Oskemen route starting January 12, QazMonitor reports citing the airline’s press service.
The airline stated that the twice-a-week flights will be operated on Wednesdays and Fridays, according to the following schedule:
IQ 501 Zhezkazgan (11:30) – Oskemen (13:20)
IQ 502 Oskemen (13:50) – Zhezkazgan (15:50)
NOTE: All times are local.
The flights will utilize De-Havilland Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.
The cost of a one-way ticket, subsidized at ₸15,000 ($32.78 as of January 4, 2024), includes a 50% discount for children under the age of fourteen. Additionally, passengers are allowed a carry-on baggage allowance of 5 kg and a checked baggage allowance of 20 kg. Changing the departure date and returning tickets is allowed without deduction.
