Civil aviation committee in cooperation with Kazakhstan's airlines is working on expanding the geography of flights and increasing the number of international routes, QazMonitor reports citing the civil aviation committee press service.
Air Astana plans to launch new direct scheduled passenger flights between Almaty and Tel Aviv with a frequency of two flights per week (Thursday and Sunday). The flights will be performed utilizing Airbus 321 aircraft, starting September 7.
Air communication between Kazakhstan and Israel will accelerate the trade and economic development, as well as investment, cultural and tourism cooperation between two countries.
