The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) presented an updated version of its singles ranking, Vesti.kz reports.
Alexander Bublik, who is considered the top tennis player from Kazakhstan, moved up by five positions to 37th place. Bublik reached his highest rank in his career so far in February of 2022, when he placed number 30th.
Mikhail Kukushkin moved up by five places to 161st, while Dmitry Popko, on the contrary, lost 11 places and moved down to 195th. Timofey Skatov is 231st ( he has lost 24 positions).
There were also changes in the top 10. Serb Novak Djokovic lost his position and moved down to third place, while Russian Daniil Medvedev climbed to first place and German Alexander Zverev moved up from third to second. Spain's Rafael Nadal stayed in fourth place.
Bublik is set to play Italian Lorenzo Musetti in the 1/16 final round for the Queen's Club Championship this week.
