On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and myself, I express my sincerest condolences and sympathy to the bereaved families who lost their beloved ones and wish a speedy recovery to those wounded. I join Texans and all your country fellows in mourning for the victims of this heinous crime.

On May 24, an 18-year-old gunman opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, killing at least 19 children and two adults. The gunman was killed by law enforcement. The Texas tragedy is said to be the deadliest school shooting after a decade since 20 children and six educators were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut.
