Turkish Agricultural Equipment Producers to Build Two Plants in Zhambyl Region

The agreements were signed during the Kazakhstan-Türkiye Business Forum

On April 25, in Ankara, Türkiye, the deputy of the regional administration of the Zhambyl region Abulkhair Atamabek signed agreements on the investment projects implementation with Turkish Ardent Plastik and Atlantis. The investors are to build two plants for assembling irrigation equipment, QazMonitor reports citing the press service of the Zhambyl region.

The agreements were signed at the Kazakhstan-Türkiye Business Forum during the visit of Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov to Türkiye. The Kazakh delegation also signed agreements on cooperation in seed production and on attracting investments with the Turkish Sub Union of Seed Industrialists and Producers (TSÜAB) and the Turkish-Kazakh Businessmen Association (TÜKİB).

About the companies: Ardent Plastik is a Turkish manufacturer of sprinkler systems, drip irrigation pipes, and various types of plastic pipes. The company was founded in 1979. The company exports its products to 35 countries.

Atlantis is a Turkish company specializing in the production and installation of agricultural irrigation systems, drip irrigation systems, landscape (recreational) irrigation systems, and compact construction equipment. It also produces greenhouse structures and agricultural products. Atlantis was founded in Istanbul in 1998.
