On April 24, the courts of the CSKA Tennis Center in Almaty kickstarted the 2nd season of the TS League founded by entrepreneur and tennis enthusiast Serik Tolbassy. Until September 11, the tournaments are expected to attract the strongest tennis fans from all over Kazakhstan.

The Tennis League TS (TLTS) commenced operations on November 29, 2022. It is a professional organization established under the Tennis League TS Private Foundation. The League aims to foster amateur tennis in Kazakhstan and to create optimal conditions for enhancing players' doubles skills through the organization of professional tournaments.

Since its inception, over 30 tournaments of various formats and categories have been held.

What to expect in 2024: The TLTS series is scheduled to host 8 regular men's doubles tournaments, including 6 TS CUP ones, as well as tournaments named after sponsors and partners of the season — Technodom Cup, Zhiguli Open, Forbes Cup, and Parimatch Cup. The best players based on participation results will be selected for the TS CUP 2024 Final Tournament.

Ranks and prize pool: The selection process mirrors the one of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Participants must navigate a competitive pathway, earning maximum ranking points to qualify for the Final Tournament.

In the new season, the prize money has been boosted. Regular tournaments will offer ₸1,500,000, or $3,368, while the Final Tournament prize will increase to $10,000. This ensures that the winners and runners-up of TLTS 2024 will receive well-deserved rewards for their achievements.

“I'm thrilled to share my excitement about the upcoming tournaments of the new 2024 season! We are dedicated to continually improving and diversifying our competitions so that every participant can enjoy the game and achieve new heights on their tennis journey. Look forward to even more thrilling moments, intense matches, and opportunities for self-realization in the new season!”

commented Abylay Ongarbayev, General Manager of the TLTS.

The tournaments have an open format, welcoming all tennis fans to join as spectators and supporters.
