The International University of Tourism and Hospitality in Turkistan has opened the Research and Development Center specializing in the commercialization of tourism projects, QazMonitor reports citing the Industry Tourism Committee.
The Center has announced plans to apply Big Data analysis to travelers' feedback gathered from extensive textual data to address tourism issues in Kazakhstan. Analysts will conduct text analysis using sentiment analysis and statistical modeling methods on reviews and overviews of tourists who have visited Kazakhstan through the TripAdvisor agency, focusing on accommodation, food, beverages, and tourist attractions.
It is expected that the analysis will provide recommendations to improve the level of tourism based on feedback, suggestions, and tourist needs. Additionally, plans and proposals for intra-Kazakhstan and international routes will be developed.
