On September 1, the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, will deliver an address to the people of Kazakhstan during a joint session of the Chambers of Parliament.
Deputies of the Majilis and the Senate, heads of central state bodies, members of the National Kurultai, the Commission on Human Rights, the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family, and Demographic Policy, as well as representatives from public and labor collectives, will participate in the event.
The live broadcast of the Address will commence at 11:00 am on national TV channels. It will also be available on the official website akorda.kz, and on the Akorda's social media accounts.
