The Republican Center for Space Communications has signed an agreement with Tajik telecom company Net Solutions to provide space communications services via KazSat-3 satellite, QazMonitor reports citing Kazinform.

The document was signed by the deputy chair of the Center’s management board Vassiliy Leonov and the CEO of Net Solutions Bakhtovar Abdusattorov. According to the agreement, KazSat-3 will be ready to provide its communication channels to customers in 2023.

Leonov noted that the country’s satellite system is able to provide communications services not only within national borders but to the neighboring states as well. In this regard, Tajikistan is the latest addition to the cooperation that has already been established with the Kyrgyz Republic and Uzbekistan.
