Following the results of the 18th forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia in Orenburg, 7 interregional and 10 commercial documents were signed for a total amount of 23.3 billion tenge ($50 million), QazMonitor reports.
The press service of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Trade and Integration published the list of documents signed:
1. Roadmap for the implementation of the Agreement on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical, cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation between the Akimat of the Aktobe region (RK) and the Government of the Orenburg Region (RF) for 2023-2025.
2. Agreement between the Akimat of the Abai region (RK) and the Government of the Altai Territory (RF) on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
3. Memorandum between the Akimat of the Abai region (RK) and the Government of the Omsk region (RF) on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
4. Memorandum on the establishment of twinning relations between the cities of Aktau (RK) and Astrakhan (RF).
5. Memorandum between the Akimat of the Ulytau region (RK) and the Government of the Novgorod region (RF) on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural spheres.
6. Roadmap for the implementation of the Agreement on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical, Cultural Cooperation between the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Administration of the Volgograd Region of the Russian Federation for 2023-2025
