According to the Association of Kazakhstan Auto Business, plants across the country have manufactured 88,000 vehicles worth ₸902 billion, QazMonitor reports citing Jibek Joly.
Since the beginning of the year, domestic car production rose by 25,5% in October compared to the same period in 2021. A significant portion of those are passenger vehicles with 80,000 units produced.
SaryarkaAvtoProm’s car assembly plant in Kostanay reached a record high, manufacturing a total of 54,000 vehicles. SemAZ in Semey has shipped 2,000 units of commercial vehicles and the KAMAZ-Engineering plant in Kokshetau produced nearly 1,000 trucks.
