The administration of the Turkistan region met with the business delegation of the Polish food company Stasin and discussed the implementation of several investment projects with the company’s founder, Krzysztof Borkowski, QazMonitpor reports citing the region’s press service.
During the meeting, the Polish side outlined their plans to open a turkey farm and launch a meat processing plant in the region. They also presented a project for carp cultivation. It is planned that the products will be supplied to both domestic and European markets.
The head of the Turkistan region, Darkhan Satybaldy, noted the government’s goal of fostering industrial development in the region, highlighting its significant potential across agriculture, manufacturing, tourism, and other industries.
Zaklad Drobiarski w Stasinie is a Poland-based food and beverage company specializing in turkey cultivation. The company owns turkey farms, meat processing plants, and poultry farms, producing 70 million kilograms of meat per year. Stasin exports meat to more than twenty countries.
