Dodo Brands Plans to Redomicile to Kazakhstan

The Russian company intends to redomicile from the British Virgin Islands to the Astana International Financial Centre

Russian company Dodo Brands intends to change its domicile from the British Virgin Islands to the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), QazMonitor reports citing the company’s Telegram channel.

"On December 15, 2023, the board of directors approved the redomiciliation of the holding company from the BVI (British Virgin Islands) to the Astana International Financial Centre (the Republic of Kazakhstan). To formalize this decision, remote voting of shareholders will be conducted from January 10 to January 26, 2024. The voting form will be individually sent to each participating voter," stated Dodo Brands Financial Director Lina Naumova on Telegram.

Lina Naumova, who assumed the role of Financial Director on January 1, 2024, clarified that an online meeting with Dodo Brands shareholders is scheduled for January 30, 2024, at 16:00 MSK.
