NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and one of the world's largest container port terminal operators PSA International (PSA) signed an agreement to establish a joint venture, QazMonitor reports citing the press service of KTZ.

PSA's experience and technology will open up additional opportunities to expand the geography of transportation and integrate Kazakhstan's transport corridors with the world's largest hubs.

The joint venture will contribute to the development of the Trans-Caspian international transport route.

PSA believes that the combination of relevant experience and resources will help create a seamless and efficient logistics network connecting countries and continents.

PSA International is the world's leading port operator and a reliable supply chain partner for stakeholders. PSA's portfolio of port and cargo solutions includes more than 60 deepwater, rail and inland terminals in 160 locations in 42 countries, including two leading port facilities in Singapore and Belgium, as well as subsidiaries in supply chain management, logistics, maritime and digital services.
